A booking website for a local rental company in the Adirondacks. Real availability, real reservations, and a flow that customers can actually use, without calling a phone number or guessing at dates.
The Problem
A local property rental business in the Adirondack region needed a way for customers to book rentals online. The existing process (phone calls, emails, back-and-forth about dates) wasn't scaling. Customers wanted to see what was available and book it themselves.
The owner needed something straightforward: show the properties, show availability, take the reservation. No agency markup, no bloated SaaS subscription that charges per booking.
The Solution
A custom-built booking website that shows real-time availability, handles reservations, and lets the owner manage everything from a simple dashboard. The customer picks dates, sees what's open, and books. The owner gets notified and can confirm or adjust.
